SPIKE is the name of a network of websites on the Internet belonging to ALAM TEKNOKRAT SDN. BHD. ( "SKALI" ) bearing the domain name "SPIKE.net.my", including all its derivatives. SPIKE has opened this site for the personal information and usage of its USERS.

None of the foregoing Parties shall be liable for any third party claims, or losses of any nature to any direct, indirect, special, punitive or consequential damages (including but not limited to damages for loss of business profits, business interruptions and the like), regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort or otherwise.

SPIKE shall at all times, extend to its clients, information providers, or content partners, the same duty of care and due diligence that it would exercise in order to protect its own property.
